Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursing home or rehabilitation center and be comfortable working with elderly patients.

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting.
* Assess and monitor patient's condition and progress.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
* Document patient's progress in the medical record.
* Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality of care.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
