Salary & Benefits

Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Additional Benefits Include:

Available Shift Options

Choose what suits you best:

• 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

• 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

• 11:00 PM 7:30 AM

• 12-Hour Rotations: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions

• Record patient information accurately and update charts daily

• Report any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or physician

• Support patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort

• Uphold infection control and safety procedures

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications & Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (valid in the work state)
CPR/BLS certification
PA PATCH clearance, Physical exam, and TB test
Valid drivers license or state-issued ID and SSN card
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) training provided
Minimum of 6 months clinical experience preferred, but not required
