Licensed Practical Nurse- Long Term Care (LTC)

Position Type: Contract- 5 weeks

Pay: $38/hr

WorkFit Medical Staffing is currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to provide top quality care in long term care facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and document all care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and professional nursing standards.

• Current, valid New York State LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or related nursing field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
