In this role, you will:

Update and maintain electronic patient records; assist in transitioning records to digital format.
Record patient information such as vital signs and changes in medical history.
Prepare examination rooms for patient appointments.
Assist in maintaining medical inventory and ordering new materials as needed.
Provide patient education on medications and disease management.
Assist physician during examinations and perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and lab tests.

We Require:

Current NYS LPN license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proficiency in an EMR (preferred)
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, standing, bending and reaching
Frequent exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and patient bodily fluids.
Willingness to travel to NYCBS locations.

Salary: Starting at $37 per hour based on experience
