Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Midtown Endoscopy & Surgical Center is a state of the art ambulatory surgery center in Midtown Manhattan.  We are looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse with at least 1 year of prior experience. We are offering competitive benefits package and salary depending on the experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing perioperative assessment when patients arrive for procedures 

• Performing postoperative assessment and management after anesthesia in PACU

• Delivering of office infusions 

• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

• Collaboration with physicians and staff with regard to patient triage 

• Collaboration with physicians with regard to medication management

• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Salary depending on experience, $30-40/hour
