💼 Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $40 to $42 per hour, based on experience

• Job Type: Per Diem

• Location: Chester, NJ (home care setting)

🕒 Shifts Available:

• Sunday - 24 hours
  Monday - 4:00 pm - 7:00 am
  Tuesday - 4:00 pm - 7:00 am
  Wednesday - 8:00 pm - 9:00 am
  Thursday - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
  Friday - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
  Saturday - 9:00 pm - 7:00 am

🔑 What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home client assessments and document findings clearly

• Take and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor client response

• Provide wound care and monitor healing

• Offer education and emotional support to clients and families

• Deliver palliative care with empathy and professionalism

• Recommend care tools and adaptive devices to improve quality of life

✨ Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Active LPN license in New Jersey

• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)

• Reliable transportation for home visits

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

• Kind, respectful bedside manner and clear communication skills

• Experience with trach/vent care, G-tubes, pure wicks, and suprapubic/ostomy care preferred

• Comfort working in pet-friendly homes

• Previous home care or acute care experience
