Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour (based on experience and shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and record patient symptoms, responses to medications, and overall progress.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered LPN license in Virginia.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of LPN experience in a long-term care, rehab, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
