Allpro Staffing & Consulting is actively recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a long-term care facility in Westchester County, NY. This is a full-time position on the 7 AM–3 PM shift, including coverage every other weekend. On your weekend to work, you only work 3 days during the week!!

We especially welcome LPNs with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in long-term care settings. New grads are considered with at least 6 months are encouraged to apply. Your skills and commitment will play a key role in supporting the health and well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents
• Administer medications and implement treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident-centered services

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a current NYS LPN license
• Has 2+ years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
• Demonstrates strong communication and clinical skills
• Is dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate
