What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you will work closely with supervising physicians to assess, monitor, and support patients' health needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing client assessments and documenting observations.

• Monitoring vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.

• Administering medications as prescribed.

• Dressing/redressing wounds and tracking healing progress.

• Educating clients and families on home care techniques.

• Providing palliative care to support comfort and dignity.

• Recommending adaptive tools/devices to improve client quality of life.

• Listening actively and addressing client concerns with empathy.

Requirements

• Active LPN License (in-state)

• CPR Certification (American Heart Association)

• Reliable Transportation for home visits

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

• Friendly, compassionate demeanor

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Comfortable working in homes with pets (cats)

Experience in the following is a required:

• Meal Preparation

• Personal Care

Available Shifts

• Day/Night shifts: 12 hours
