Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Description of the role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at University Home Care in Redford Charter Township, Michigan is responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This role requires excellent clinical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, their families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team


• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans


• Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and vital signs


• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan
