$30.65 to $34.00/hr

• +$1.00/hr (Evening) | +$2.00/hr (Night) | +$3.50/hr (Weekend)

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you’ll help provide essential nursing care, monitor resident health, and ensure the highest standards of service in collaboration with CNAs and RNs. We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.

Key Duties:

  Deliver direct care and nursing treatments

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and report changes in resident condition

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with CNAs to support resident care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Manage medication administration and documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Support communication with residents and their families

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  NY State LPN License (active)

  
  


• 
  

  CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Prior LTC or hospital experience (preferred, not required)
