What You’ll Need:

• ✅ Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience 

• 🎓 Active NJ license

• 🛂 Eligible to work in the U.S.

• 🚘 Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation

• 📄 Recent physical exam (within 1 year)

• 🧪 PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

• 💉 COVID-19 vaccination
