Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Description of the role:

University Home Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Macomb, MI. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to our patients and support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services. THIS POSITION IS 2 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK.

Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians


• Monitoring patient health status and reporting any changes to the healthcare team


• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed


• Assisting with patient assessments and care planning


• Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment


• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
