What You’ll Do

  Provide hands-on nursing care to our residents with professionalism and compassion

  
  


• 
  

  Lead by example and support your care team to deliver excellent service

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor, document, and communicate resident needs and changes

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with physicians, families, and other team members to ensure top-quality care

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Current LPN license in Louisiana

  
  


• 
  

  Solid clinical and leadership experience—senior living or long-term care preferred

  
  


• 
  

  A calm, confident presence and a passion for mentoring others

  
  


• 
  

  Reliability, integrity, and a sense of ownership in the work you do

  
  


• Experienced working with an electronic health record system
