What You’ll Do

• Support QAPI initiatives to help improve patient outcomes and care quality.
• Provide hands-on patient care guided by individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate closely with RNs on pain and symptom management.
• Offer compassionate support to patients and families during end-of-life care.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary hospice team including RNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more.

What You Bring

• Active Missouri LPN license.
• 3+ years of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• A genuine heart for hospice and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
