Schedule: 40 Hours/Week (up 
Pay: $35 per hour

CSA Homecare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for a high-acuity veteran in the Covington, Ga area. This is a long-term care position supporting a client who requires personal care, Tube Feeding, NRO and dedicated clinical attention.

We are hiring and are looking for LPNs available to work 30+ hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide direct nursing care for a high-acuity veteran in a homecare setting

  
  


• 
  

  Perform Tube feeding and maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct wound care and monitoring

  
  


• 
  

  Document care provided and communicate with the care team

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with tube feeding and wound care (Required)

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation to/from Covington, Ga

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

  
  


• 
  

  Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional
