What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care


• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice


• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team


• Support resident care plans and quality outcomes


• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members


• Help residents maintain their highest level of comfort and well-being

What You'll Need

• Current Utah LPN license (or NLC-eligible)


• Strong nursing and resident care skills


• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members


• Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities


• Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred
