What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans


• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers


• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to appropriate team members


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality resident outcomes


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance


• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism

What You'll Need

• Current LPN license in Washington State or NLC eligible


• New graduates are welcome to apply


• Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn electronic health record systems


• Ability to pass employment screenings
