Job Description:

You will be providing DocGo services in Tennessee by monitoring, assessing, and providing directed treatment common to complex injuries and illnesses through comprehensive assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management for adult and pediatric patients. Here is what you can expect day-to-day as a Mobile Health Clinician at DocGo:

Each day, you will work at a mobile clinic to provide care and monitoringWhile with the patient you will engage in assessments and provide treatment under the supervision of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for patients facing barriers to accessing the traditional healthcare systemThroughout the treatment process, maintain patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations, DocGo standards, and policy through our HealthPoint and Athena EMR systemYou will be practicing under direction with synchronous telemedicine supportResponsibilities:

Act as a conduit for the medical treatment of the On-Demand patient populationNavigate conversations related to management of health, well-being, medication management, and goals of careProvide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnosesParticipate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training teamAdhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metricsProvide care with cultural sensitivity and compassionLead your practice with a patient-centered approachOther related duties as deemed necessaryQualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Practical NurseEmergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital - Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas of experience preferredActive and current driver's license with an acceptable recordCurrent unrestricted license Tennessee LPNActive and current BLS / ACLS certification - PreferredClinical work experience with pediatrics (preferred)
