Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (CLIN LPN) Requirements:
 • Must have 1 year of recent CLIN Licensed Practical Nurse experience in the last 18 months
 • Active Licensed Practical Nurse License or Certification required
 • Current BLS Certification required
