🩺 What You'll Do:

• 
  

  Provide hands-on nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider

  
  


• 
  

  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document care, observations, and resident status

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with admissions, discharges, and education for residents and families

  
  


• 
  

  Observe and report changes in resident condition promptly

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout the shift

  
  


• 
  

  Support and mentor CNAs and team members on the unit

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 
  

  Current LPN license in good standing (Utah or compact state)

  BLS certification (AHA required)
