Your Overnight LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, person-centered care throughout the night
• Perform regular rounds and monitor resident well-being
• Supervise and support overnight nursing staff 
• Communicate with families and document updates as needed
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Complete documentation per regulations and company policies
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transitions

What You Need to Bring as an LPN:

• Active LPN license in South Carolina
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred
• CPR Certification
• Intermediate computer and documentation skills
• Availability to work 7 PM – 7 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed
