Job Description - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Full-Time and Per-Diem Shifts Available


Home health continues to play a vital role in today’s health care landscape. At NurseCore, we’re proud to support both adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes. We’re currently seeking LPNs who are passionate about providing one-to-one care in a home care setting. Whether you're seeking full-time hours or per-diem flexibility, we have opportunities that fit your schedule.​​​​​​​

What you'll do:
  • Depending on the patient’s plan of care, provide hands-on support with one or more of the following: G-tube maintenance, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, wound care, and/or IV/medication
  • Carry out additional in-home nursing responsibilities as needed

What it takes:
  • Active LPN nursing license in Nevada
  • At least one year of post-graduate work experience
  • Current hands-on CPR certification
  • Negative TB results within the last 12 months
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Experience with G-tubes, or tracheostomies or ventilators
