Position Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill immediate openings at a respected senior living and long-term care facility in Harrisonburg, VA. This position offers consistent scheduling, a positive team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records.
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
