FT Nights
You Will Be Responsible For:

Keeps communication positive and professional. Uses white boards in each patient room to communicate.
Responds appropriately to changes in patient conditions and emergencies.
Promptly communicates condition changes to the charge nurse and physician.
Appropriately utilizes bedside shift report and uses S-BAR for handoff communication.
Assures intentional hourly rounds are completed on all patients.
Qualifications

What You Will Need:
Current CPR adult andpediatric or competency validation within 1 month of hire.
NIHSS
LPN
Job Summary:

Provides direct and indirect patient care in themedical-surgical setting. Communicateswith physicians/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes inpatient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies andsymptomatology. Is able to respondquickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform generalnursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
