Position Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill immediate openings at a respected senior living and long-term care facility in Harrisonburg, VA. This position offers consistent scheduling, a positive team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
Monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns promptly.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records.
Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred.
BLS certification required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
