Licensed Practical Nurse Med Surg (PRN)

The Staff Pad is partnering with Russellville Hospital, located in
Russellville, AL to hire a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse
– Med Surg (PRN) for a dynamic inpatient care team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive
  patient assessments and accurately document findings
  
• Administer medications
  and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  
• Monitor patient
  conditions and respond promptly to any changes in status
  
• Develop, implement,
  and revise individualised patient care plans
  
• Collaborate closely
  with physicians, nurses, and support staff
  
• Educate patients and
  families on treatments, recovery, and ongoing care
  
• Maintain timely and
  accurate clinical documentation
  
• Uphold hospital
  standards for safety, quality, and infection control
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active LPN license in
  the state of Alabama
  
• At least 3 months of
  nursing experience required
  
• Acute care experience
  preferred
  
• Strong clinical
  judgment and critical -thinking abilities
  
• Excellent
  communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to thrive in a
  fast -paced hospital setting
