LPN - Long Term Care

Pay Rate: Starting at $37/hr

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking experienced and compassionate LPNs to join our team in providing exceptional long-term care. Your role will involve delivering quality nursing care to residents in a supportive environment, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and health.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, vital signs, and other health-related information.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Ensuring a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to infection control protocols.

• Active LPN license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care nursing experience.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Current BLS certification, with further certifications preferred.
