Full Time, AM Shift, 3p-11p - Up to $46.40ph*! Must Work Every Other Weekend

Part Time, NOC, 11p-7a - Up to $44.40**

PRN, All Shifts - $42ph

PLUS - Get Paid F A S T! ~ With On Demand Pay!(Certain conditions apply)

*$46.40 ph is the 'No Benefits' Full time pay rate of $42.00 ph + Sign on Bonus of $5,000, paid at additional $2.40 ph + up to $2.00 per hour  Shift Differential = $46.40 ph

**$44.40 ph is the 'No Benefits' Part Time pay rate of $40.00 ph + Sign on Bonus of $5,000, paid at additional $2.40 ph + up to $2.00 per hour  Shift Differential = $44.40 ph

Actual rate will depend upon benefit plan selected.

PRN does not qualify for Sign on Bonus.

Shift Differentials:

Requirements

of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois

• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred

• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented

• Exceptional critical thinking skills

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
