PT AMs - 7a-3p - Up To $37 ph + $5,000 Sign on Bonus paid @2.40ph + $39.40ph

FT NOC - 11p-7a - Up To $39 ph* + $5,000 Sign on Bonus paid @2.40ph + $41.40ph

Requirements

of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
• Dementia training huge plus
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
