Location: Richmond, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $81,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience

Job Summary:
This position delivers targeted behavioral health services in a primary care environment. The focus is on short-term therapeutic interventions for adult patients and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.

Position Highlights:

• Provide solution-oriented therapy (10–12 sessions per patient).
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Screen for behavioral health conditions and initiate referrals as needed.
• Facilitate support groups for common mental and physical health challenges.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and case managers.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records.

• Master’s in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (APA-accredited).
• Licensed in California (LCSW, Psychologist) or registered ASW/AMFT (clinical supervision available).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy to diverse or underserved populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in integrated care or community mental health settings.
• Trauma-informed care training.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Familiarity with EPIC.
