Pay Range: $53.50 - $55.50 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join a multidisciplinary behavioral health team in Delano, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver crisis response and emergency consultation services during scheduled hours
• Perform detailed mental health evaluations, including assessments of criminal and substance use history
• Accurately evaluate suicide risk and ensure precise documentation
• Administer psychotherapy and conduct interviews in both standard and challenging environments
• Work collaboratively with medical and behavioral health teams to diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions
• Prepare clinical documentation, develop treatment plans, and provide consultation on complex mental health needs
• Monitor patient progress, document all care accurately, and uphold ethical and legal standards of care
• Provide care team recommendations and participate in interdisciplinary communication and planning

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 12 continuous months of LPCC experience in the last 3 years within a public or private healthcare setting
• Education: Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Licensure: Active LPCC license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Certifications: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ID Requirement: Valid Drivers License or Passport
