Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, with a full benefits package

Role Overview:

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups
• Develop individualized client care plans
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate client documentation

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Active LPCC license in North Dakota
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
