Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state guidelines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality and holistic care
• Participate in ongoing trainings, case reviews, and team meetings

• Active, unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
