Job Description 

As a Licensed Counselor for Just 1 Life you will be responsible for providing counseling for general mental health and co-occurring disorders, conducting assessments, mental status exams, writing treatment plans, completing discharge summaries, and internal and external referrals to clients who need wrap-around and supportive services.

Services are provided in the office, in the community and virtually using Zoom or comparable telehealth systems.

• Solution Focused Brief Therapy


• Effective Computer and Mobile Device Operational Skills


• CPR / First Aid


• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance


• LPC licensure from AZBBHE 

Job Duties, but not limited to:

• Provides Individual Counseling 


• Completes Assessments, Diagnoses, Treatment Plans, and Discharge Summaries


• Assists individuals with locating and obtaining community resources


• Advocates on behalf of individuals with people, agencies, or organizations


• Provides INternal and External Referrals 


• Completes documentation using an electronic health record system (EHR) 


• Any and all duties assigned. 

Job Type: Contract, Full-time or Part-time       Pay: $45.00 per hour                                                                                                 Schedule: PRN, 4 or 8-hour day, evening and weekend shifts available.
