Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Aurora, Colorado.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health role focused on psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• Serve a diverse patient population within a mission-driven healthcare setting
• Integrated care model with comprehensive support staff

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $72,000 - $82,000
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up to $50,000
• Relocation Assistance Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday Schedule
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

ROLE
• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• Develop treatment plans
• Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling
• Collaborate within an integrated care model
• Support underserved populations through compassionate, community-focused care
