Licensed Psychoanalyst – New York

Salary Range: $90,000 – $95,000 per year

Location: Yonkers, New York

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychoanalyst to join our team of highly skilled mental health professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about psychoanalytic work, experienced in long-term psychotherapy, and committed to providing thoughtful, ethically grounded care to a diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychoanalytic psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, or couples.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments and establish treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation.
• Participate in peer consultation groups or case conferences.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with New York State regulations.

• Valid New York State license as a Psychoanalyst.
• Completion of a recognized psychoanalytic training program.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong theoretical foundation and commitment to psychoanalytic principles.
• Excellent listening, communication, and empathy skills.
