Licensed Ready, Set, Grow (RSG) Director

RSG Director will coordinate and manage RSG programs (RSG Buds and Sprouts) *if intakes can’t be called back within 24 hours.

  Parentand Therapist weekly communication with RSG: weekly emails and phone calls

  RSG scheduling and Central Reach updating when clients and/or therapist cancel. 


• 
  Upkeep of the RSG SharePoint Excel Doc (modifyingand keeping documents up to date) 


• 
  Communication with the RSG teams about schedule changes, client changes, etc.


• 
  Weekly updates of RSG curriculum.  Modifications and additions made to activities


• Supervision of RSG in the classroom
  


• 
  
  Assist with phone calls and consultations with outside providers and school administration for RSG clients 


• 
  New or significant modifications made to RSG curriculum
  


• 
  Use marketingstrategies to grow RSG (e. open houses, create flyers, attend events, respond to social media communications, etc.) 


• 
  Disseminate all critical info (e.evaluations/reports) to all staff who will both be billing for that child, and update all classroom staff about child’s needs

Lead weekly meetings (Wednesdays from 12:00-12:30) 

• SEL curriculum with the support of Social Workers 


• Meeting with Clinical Director as needed 


• Calls parents if children do not show up to RSG
  


• Attends weekly marketing meetings
  


• Supports the upkeep and changes of the RSG website page
  


• Supports client breaks when no therapist has been assigned to a client
  


• Making visuals and weekly ppt for curriculum and schedule
  


• Coordination of November/May’s parent-therapist conferences with the RSG 
  


• Virtual invitations and scheduling with families
  


• Coordination of therapists to support meetings
  


• Communicate and coordinate with new potential clients.
  


• Let the billing therapists know to complete a LOMN for RSG new clients


• Communicate with the billing social workers to do a social history/intake.
  

Must be a licensed LCSW, OT, PT or SLP with two or more years of licensed experience.
