Most new real estate agents fail in their first two years — not because they lack ability, but because no one taught them.

360Abode is built to change that. We are seeking newly licensed agents and motivated career-changers to join a mentorship team led by an experienced agent. You will work real transactions from your first weeks, earn from day one as part of the team, and rotate through every role in a deal so you learn the complete business — not just one piece of it. If you have the work ethic, we will teach you the rest.

What Makes This Different

Traditional brokerages recruit new agents, hand them a desk, and leave them to sink or swim. We do the opposite. You join a team that is genuinely invested in your success, with mentorship, lead flow, and income from the start — not a cold-prospecting scramble to survive your first year.

Responsibilities

• Join a mentorship team led by an experienced agent who develops you through live transactions


• Rotate through all roles in a deal — client consultation, showings, listing preparation, transaction coordination, and negotiation — to master the complete transaction


• Work company-generated leads alongside your mentor and team mates


• Serve first-time and affordable-housing buyers, with care and professionalism


• Follow current practice requirements, including written buyer-representation agreements before showings


• Grow toward independent production, with sourcing bonuses that reward the business you bring in yourself

Requirements

• Ohio real estate salesperson license — the newly licensed are genuinely welcome


• No history of violations or disciplinary actions by any State Licensing Board or Professional Trade Organization


• Coachable, hardworking, and motivated to build a real estate career


• Career-changers welcome — mission alignment and work ethic matter more than prior real estate experience


• A genuine desire to serve people well and be part of a collaborative team


• Proficient with technology or willing to learn; comfortable with Microsoft 365 and modern tools

Additional Salary Information

Negotiable — contract/fee split basis. Earn from day one.
