Overview:
The Licensed Sales Producer role at Allstate Insurance Agency - Joseph Spadafino is responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with personal and commercial lines clients as well as growing the book of business through new client sales.

Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and develop personal and commercial insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication.

Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.

Actively prospect and solicit increases in existing client coverage as well as network for new clients, including win backs.

Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, generate leads, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation.

Present policies to insureds and educate them on products, coverages and rates.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-3 years experience in the insurance industry in sales and/or customer service.

Personal Lines license for the state of New York required.

Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain existing client base.

Have a proven track record of business to business sales success. Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.

Possess strong organizational skills with an ability to complete assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making and superior written and verbal communication skills.

Have strong time management skills, thrive in a team environment and Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems

Needs to be a team player and able to work in a team setting

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
