Licensed Sales Producer

We are currently seeking 1 open IN-OFFICE positions with Allstate. We are in search of 1 Professional Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) to join our team in San Jose California. As a Licensed Sales Provider you'll be paid a base salary, commission, and bonuses based on your monthly sales. You'll be paid bonuses based on your quarterly performance and a "base" salary based on your experience. The focus of an LSP is new business through data leads, cross-sells, walk-ins, phone-ups, and marketing campaigns. You must also have experience with clear communication and record keeping. You MUST have your Property & Casualty (P&C) license to start the position if you are applying for the open LSP position.

This positions is full-time with full benefits.

Customer

You will be responsible for retaining our clients while providing exceptional customer service and support to said clients. If you have a passion for delivering excellent service, strong communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product/service information

- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues or complaints

- Maintain customer records by updating account information

- Update poilcy request

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Experience:

- Previous experinece in insurance sales preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills

- Bilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, Tagolog, Chinese, Mandarin, Vietnemese, or Cantenese is a plus
