Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Activities: Conduct effective sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Policies Customization: Customize insurance plans to meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in the insurance market.

Licensing: Must possess a valid insurance license in California.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail in processing policies and managing client accounts.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve collective goals.



Compensation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
