What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent, you will:
Build Strong Relationships: Nurture strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and product loyalty.
Client Interaction: Conduct follow-up discussions, respond to inquiries, and issue necessary insurance documentation.
Communication: Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
Policy Analysis: Analyze policy renewals based on client information, individual needs, and market conditions.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary with NO cap on commissions:
- $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (based on experience)
- Bonus and Commission Opportunities

* Previous experience isn't required but it is a plus. *
* P&C License is required - can be obtained during the recruitment process. *
* Life and Health License is not required, but if licensed is a plus. *
