We are currently seeking a Full-time and Part-time Clinical Social Workers to join our community of care—a space that values clinical excellence, peer support, and equity in mental health access.

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will:

• Provide in-person psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Conduct psychological assessments as needed
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with open consultation and support
• Maintain timely and clinically sound documentation
• Participate in peer case consultations and team-based learning
• Support a culture of clinical excellence, mutual respect, and belonging

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, counseling, or a related field.
• Active CA BBS license (LCSW)
• Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A desire to grow within a private clinic organization

Rates:

Licensed Psychologist: $70 per clinical hour; increase in semi-annual and annual per evaluation

Work Set-up: Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
