Licensed Social Worker

Avant Tech is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker to join our clients team. In this role, you will provide vital support and resources to individuals and families in need, helping them navigate complex life challenges. You will play a critical role in advocating for clients, assessing their needs, and connecting them with appropriate services within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ situations to develop individualized service plans.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients facing life transitions, health issues, and other personal challenges.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and family members to coordinate services and resources.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary services, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
• Document client interactions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) in the state.
• Experience working in clinical settings, with a focus on community outreach and resource connections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using electronic case management systems.
