Pay Range: $28.00 \- $32.00/hour

Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Opportunity: 

• Full\-time, permanent, direct\-hire

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) will work in unison with hospital and hospice team members and will report to both the Hospital DON and Hospice Manager

Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Qualifications: 

• Must have bachelor's degree in Social Work 
  


• Must be licensed to work in the State of Minnesota as a Social Worker or eligible to obtain before hire
