Essential Responsibilities:

• Drive structural design projects from conception through completion
• Manage complex engineering projects while ensuring code compliance and design excellence

• Provide expert construction support and field supervision
• Lead and mentor junior engineering staff
• Develop innovative structural solutions including Passive Energy Dissipation Systems

Required Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Civil/Structural Engineering
• California PE or SE license (active)
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or similar structural analysis software
• Expertise in tilt-up construction and performance-based engineering
• Excellence in technical communication and project leadership
