New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a well-established multidisciplinary mental health practice located in Torrance. We are passionate about providing high-quality care to our local community and are seeking dedicated and motivated Full-time and Part-time Licensed Psychotherapists to join our growing team!

 What You’ll Do:  

• Maintain a caseload of 30 active clients for full-time and 20 active clients for part-time, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.  
• Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.  
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.  
• Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.  

What You’ll Need:  

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.  
• Active CA BBS license (LCSW,PsyDs)
• Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.  
• A desire to grow within a private clinic organization

Rates:

LCSW - $60-$75 per clinical hour; increase in semi-annual and annual per evaluation  

Licensed Psychologist - $67-$90 per clinical hour; increase in semi-annual and annual per evaluation 

Work Set-up:Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy, plus work from home options.
