Job Description - Licensed Therapist

â¨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Licensed Therapist at Mt. Evans Qualifying House in Idaho Springs, CO â¨

The Colorado Qualifying House is a Residential Treatment Center that provides male youth ages 18-20 with opportunities for positive growth through evidence-based interventions and innovative programming. With a deep commitment to improving the lives of youth and families, our program model has been developed with a focus on promoting positive change and goal attainment. The Colorado Qualifying House program subscribes to the four principles of effective intervention: risk assessment, addressing needs, providing individualized treatment, and ensuring fidelity. By following these core principles, Colorado Qualifying House guides youth behavior in positive directions while reducing recidivism risk.

Pay: $75,000 Salary per year Depending on Experience.

What you will do: As a Licensed Therapist you will provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs. Develop and oversee the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis. Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team. Document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan.

To be considered you should: ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Must possess a Master's Level Degree and current specific licensure required for the State of Colorado ~ Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable ~ One year of prior experience working in a residential/school setting with at-risk students, their families and the Juvenile Justice System. ~ Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current Colorado State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule: We are offering a Hybrid schedule to promote work/life balance!! An example schedule would be week 1 (3) days on site,2days remote) week 2 (2days on site, 3 days remote)-will discuss further upon hire.
