Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist)
Council for Relationships (CFR) is seeking a licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist) to join our clinical community in a part-time hybrid role in Philadelphia.
This role is designed for clinicians who already have a client caseload or referral network and are looking for a professional home that offers support, community, and infrastructure - without sacrificing clinical autonomy.
Many experienced clinicians reach a point where they want the freedom of private practice without the isolation or administrative burden of running a business alone. CFR provides a stable professional container where clinicians can focus on clinical work while benefiting from a collaborative community and institutional support.
Founded in 1932, Council for Relationships is a nonprofit organization dedicated to relationship-focused therapy, clinician education, and accessible mental healthcare for diverse communities throughout the Philadelphia region.
Why Clinicians Choose Council for Relationships
Support: A stable structure for sustainable clinical work
CFR is designed to reduce the invisible labor and financial volatility that often lead clinicians to burn out or leave practice. Our infrastructure allows clinicians to focus on clinical care - not managing every aspect of a business alone.
Clinicians receive:
W-2 employment (including employer-paid FICA)
Billing and collections support
EHR and telehealth platforms
Administrative and compliance support
Physical office space and clinical infrastructure
Centralized marketing, intake, and referral coordination
